Who is the Ford Minority Dealers Association?

Less than 6% of Ford Dealers are minorities. Ford Motor Company has made great strides to diversity the dealer body. Providing support, training, and resources through the Ford Dealer Development Program since 1950. Today Ford Dealers are the most racially diverse dealer group in America.
