Clement Ford Dealership: First Nationwide to Incorporate Ford’s New Signature 2.0 Enhanced Customer Experience
Clement Auto Group has opened a new Clement Ford dealership in Wentzville, with grand opening festivities attended by US Ford senior executives Rob Kaffl and Edie Lukas. It is the first dealership globally to incorporate Ford’s new Signature 2.0 design standards offering customers a hospitality-first, sales anywhere experience of no-hassle, fast, comfort-centric shopping and service options that meet today’s customer retail preferences.
The new design, a $45 million investment for Clement Ford, will eventually be incorporated into all 2000+ Ford dealerships nationwide, creating a more welcoming, 5-star guest experience in all areas of the dealership by emphasizing hospitality and reducing sales pressure to enhance customer engagement and provide a consistent, immersive Ford brand experience. The new 71,000 square foot Clement Ford is located at 1015 S. Callahan Road in Wentzville next to Clement’s existing Hyundai dealership.

The facility includes a state-of-the-art service department with 38 service bays, skylights, climate control, an on-site car wash, drive-over automatic tire tread and wheel alignment checks and a viewable waiting area looking into the service bays from the service guest hub inside.
Customer amenities in the showroom include a lounge with comfortable seating, power stations, a fireplace, and a coffee/snack bar where customers can start the car-buying process anywhere they like. A ‘Celebration Bay” delivery area offers a memorable vehicle delivery experience with special lighting and design elements. A retail zone offers Ford-branded merchandise, and a dedicated Ford Bronco Showroom featuring an outdoorsy theme.

The new dealership is equipped with electric vehicles (EVs) with charging stations, certified Ford technicians, and cutting-edge tools and equipment.
More than $55 million has been invested by Clement in the two Wentzville dealerships. The previous Clement Ford dealership location in O’Fallon has been transformed and re-opened today as a Ford Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center.
Construction of the new dealership commenced in May 2024 with Musick Construction serving as the general contractor for the project.
