Ford MDA Welcomes Jessica Bernard, Minority Dealer Operations Manager
It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Ford Motor Company’s new Minority Dealer Operations Manager. I am back filling Yolanda Stewart as she has elected to take a well-deserved retirement.
I have been with Ford Motor Company for 5 years now after graduating with a bachelor’s in marketing from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business. I began my career with Ford as a Zone Manager in the Boston Region where I worked in both Sales and Service during my three years in the region. From Boston I moved back to Michigan, where I’m from, and began my role as a Retail Network Specialist where I assisted Dealers across the country in buying and selling their stores, processing amendments, and many other transactions. After two years as a Retail Network Specialist, I am excited to use my experience from
the Field and Retail Network to expand and improve the Minority Dealer Operations program at Ford
Motor Company.
